  1. We are Meraki customers and have been decieved by them as well. We were promised by the sales reps that we would get our rebates in our taxes up to 15,000 dollars and come to find out its not a refund at all. The tax refund they so speak of are tax incintives or credits on taxes we may owe and come to find out the knew we had no taxable income ( VA disability ) which means we will owe no taxed and cannot use any tax credits or are not qualified for these so called credits. So we are not happy and are stuck with higher payments now as they havebwent up after the 18 month mark of not getting the tax refund to our lender that we were told was needed to keep our payments low. So that was deceptive to my wife and I in our eyes.

  2. I am fed up with Meraki and I am looking for an attorney that is willing to take my case. I am not in a position to pay for attorney’s fees.

Meraki indeed used predatory saws practice with me and now the equipment is not working properly and I am paying a high financing because I never received the tax incentive the sales said I would (David) and I am paying full price power bill on top of that because the equipment is not working . I am a teacher and mother of three and just can not afford that. And I hate the fact of them tacking advantage of me and selling lies.

  3. There needs to be a class action suit and customers that have been blatantly lied to need to be REFUNDED ALL THE EXPENSES they have incurred along with PAIN and SUFFERING. I know for me it has affect my health tremendously as well as my bank account, I have to take a second job to cover the DONATION I am making to Meraki at this point.

  4. Can someone tell me what athorney they use because this company has screw me big time and i will fight them to the end this abuse must stop

  5. I would participate in a class action law suit against Meraki. If there is an attorney in the state willing to take them on, I have read multiple complaints of people willing to fight.
